Recently, the researcher of Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wang Haomin's research group and the team of Professor Li Qunyang of Tsinghua University, reported for the first time on the surface of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) prepared by chemical vapor deposition with different torsion angles.
The research group of Shanghai Institute of Microsystems proposed a new method to prepare double-layer graphene with different twist angles on the surface of h-BN by non-equilibrium chemical vapor deposition: firstly prepare a single-layer polycrystalline graphene film on the surface of h-BN, and then on the surface of h-BN.
