Sodium Petroleum Sulfonate
[Structural formula]
R-SO 3 Na
[Physical and chemical properties] Sodium petroleum sulfonate, also known as sodium alkyl sulfonate , surface active agent AS, petroleum soap, is a white or light yellow liquid, which is a translucent liquid when dissolved in water
[Preparation method] The preparation methods of sodium petroleum sulfonate mainly include the following
① Use distillate oil as raw material to deoil the distillate oil at 190~240℃ after chlorination and condensation, and then sulfonate with concentrated sulfuric acid or sulfur trioxide
②Using crude oil with high aromatic content as raw material, sulfonating and neutralizing with concentrated sulfuric acid or directly injecting sulfur trioxide to obtain a black viscous liquid product
③Using paraffin-based crude oil as raw material, pass sulfur dioxide and chlorine gas into linear paraffin (fraction 230-320°C) containing C 14~C 18 , and react at 65°C under ultraviolet light to generate alkylsulfonyl chloride.
④ Chinese patent CN1218800A discloses a method for preparing sodium petroleum sulfonate
[Technical Index] Enterprise Standard
[Application] Sodium petroleum sulfonate is used as a wetting agent for degreasing in chemical cleaning.
Dissolve each component in water according to the formula, and clean it cyclically at 60~80℃ for 6~8h, then the oil in the system will be removed
First, dissolve the components of the cleaning agent in water according to the formula to prepare a concentrated cleaning solution, and then gradually inject the formulated concentrated cleaning solution into the boiler along with the water as evenly as possible, and ignite and heat in the furnace to cook the furnace
In order to convert acid-insoluble hard scale (such as silicate and sulfate, etc.
The dosage of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and trisodium phosphate in the formula can be adjusted according to actual conditions
