(6) Analysis and testing
1.
After igniting the plasma, the instrument warms up and stabilizes for 30 minutes
2.
The instrument reference conditions are shown in Table 5-47, and the recommended isotopes and corresponding internal standards for simultaneous detection are shown in Table 5-48
Table 5-47 Instrument reference conditions
Table 5-48 Recommended masses and corresponding internal standards for simultaneous testing
Note: The underlined mark is the recommended mass
3.
(1) Try to use multi-element standard liquids as much as possible, while avoiding interference between elements
(2) The standard curve of the nitric acid matrix with the same mass concentration of the substance to be tested in the nitric acid solution is configured to prepare a standard series with 5 mass concentration points
(3) The internal standard should select elements that are not contained in the sample, or elements whose mass concentration is much greater than the content of the sample itself
(4) The standard series from low mass concentration to high mass concentration are introduced into the atomizer for analysis
(5) Before the measurement of each sample, flush the system with nitric acid solution until the signal is minimized, and start the measurement after the analysis signal is stable
(6) The measurement of the sample is carried out in accordance with the same instrument reference conditions and operating procedures as the establishment of the standard curve
(7) If the mass concentration of the target element in the sample exceeds the range of the standard curve, it needs to be diluted and re-measured.
(8) Measure the laboratory blank sample according to the same instrument reference conditions and operation steps as the sample measurement
(7) Calculation and expression of results
The result is expressed as the content of metal elements in the soil sample with water deducted, in mg/kg; the retention of the decimal places of the determination result is consistent with the detection limit of the method, and up to three significant digits are retained
.
The metal element content w 1 (mg/kg) in the soil sample is calculated according to formula (1):
The content w 2 (mg/kg) of each metal element in the sediment sample is calculated according to formula (2):
In the formula, w 1 ——the content of metal elements in the soil sample, mg/kg;
W 2 ——the content of metal elements in the sediment sample, mg/kg;
P——The mass concentration of metal elements in the sample calculated from the standard curve, ug/L;
P 0 ——The mass concentration of the corresponding metal element in the laboratory blank sample, ug/L;
V——The constant volume of the sample after digestion, mL;
f——The dilution factor of the sample;
m——Weigh the mass of the sieved sample, g;
w dm ——the volume fraction of dry matter of the soil sample, %;
wH 2 O-- sediment sample moisture content,%
.
