    Recently, South Korean chemical company SK geocentric (SKGC) and American recycling technology company PureCycle Technologies issued a statement saying that the two sides will open a recycled polypropylene (PP) plant in Ulsan, South Korea


    According to reports, PureCycle is the only company in the world with the proprietary technology to separate pollutants, odors and colors from PP waste and convert them into ultra-pure recycled (UPR) plastics


    PP is a resin widely used in consumer and food packaging, automotive interiors and other fields


    Kim Jun, Vice Chairman and CEO of SK Innovation, said, "SK Geo centric will play an important role in SK Innovation's 'Carbon Green Strategy' together with the battery business
