    (2) The working principle of the spectrophotometer


    1) 721 spectrophotometer


    The continuous radiant light emitted by the light source is condensed by the condensing transmission mirror, irradiated on the flat reflector and turned 90°, and then enters the monochromator through the light entrance slit

    3) 751 spectrophotometer


    Model 751 spectrophotometer is equipped with two light sources, tungsten filament lamp is used when the wavelength is between 320~1000nm, and hydrogen arc lamp is used when the wavelength is between 200~320nm; there are also two types of phototubes, and Zimin photoelectric is used in the range of 200~650nm.
