    As a major project in Jiangsu Province in 2022, Shenghong Chemical New Materials Project is mainly based on new energy materials, and plans to build 700,000 tons/year EVA, PO/SM and polyols, high-end polyolefins and other projects


    According to the plan, Shenghong Chemical New Material Project Carbon Five/Carbon Nine Separation Device is scheduled to be handed over in March 2024; THE PO/SM project is scheduled to be handed over in August 2024; The first set of 200,000 tons of EVA projects is scheduled to be delivered in November 2024; Other projects will be handed over


    The total production capacity is 350,000 tons of EVA projects

    The EVA projects started by Shenghong mainly include: three sets of 200,000 tons / year tubular photovoltaic grade EVA devices, a 100,000 tons / year kettle method high-end hot melt adhesive grade EVA device, and a set of 50,000 tons / year high-end copolymer EnBA device


    After the completion of the project, Shenghong will achieve the strategic goal of "million tons of EVA" and become the world's largest high-end EVA supply base


    Due to the high production barriers of photovoltaic-grade EVA, the long expansion cycle, and the many restrictions on production conversion, there are only a few enterprises


    PO/SM and polyol projects
