The configuration of large-scale medical equipment shall conform to the configuration plan and shall have the appropriate technical conditions, ability to use, supporting facilities and professional and technical personnel with corresponding qualifications.

According to the draft submitted for examination, if large-scale medical equipment is configured without permission, the competent department of health and family planning of the people's government at or above the county level shall give a warning, order the people's government to stop using it and confiscate the illegal income;
In particular, the medical device use units do not use large-scale medical equipment reasonably in accordance with the norms of diagnosis and treatment, can not guarantee the quality and safety of medical care, the maximum can face a fine of 20,000 yuan, the serious circumstances will be ordered to stop production and stop using, until the original licensing department revoked the large-scale medical equipment configuration license.
