For key power equipment such as combination electrical appliances and main transformers, the company has implemented more than 30 testing items such as the breaking capacity of combination electrical appliances to achieve full coverage
of key indicators.
In March, State Grid Anhui Electric Power deepened the online management of the material panoramic quality control system, promoted the application of material physical ID, compiled standardized and structured quality information templates, sorted out the quality information of the whole life cycle of equipment, and built a material quality control mode linked by "supervision + sampling inspection + monitoring", so as to realize the quality management of the whole life cycle of power equipment from the aspects of equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance management, and provide support
for the traceability of power equipment quality problems.
On the basis of carrying out quality control in the equipment operation stage, State Grid Anhui Electric Power has also developed the "supplier equipment operation evaluation function" module in the production management system (PMS3.
0), which dynamically evaluates the supplier's technical service and equipment quality by collecting equipment operation defects in real time, strengthens supplier management, and strengthens power equipment quality control
from the source of material procurement.
Up to now, State Grid Anhui Electric Power has inspected and eliminated 17 hidden quality hazards of power equipment in operation, and eliminated more than 100 equipment operation defects
