    Strata Solar and Avista Utilities reportedly held a ribbon-cutting ceremony
    last week for the largest PV project developed in Washington state.

    The project consists of 81,700 solar panels, estimated to be 10 times
    larger than the state's previous largest photovoltaic array.
    Now completed, the site's projected power generation is 48,000 MWh per year, generating enough electricity to power
    4,000 homes.

    Local businesses can purchase on-site generated electricity through Avista's Solar Select program, which is committed to an eight-year limit of 1.
