within 3 working days.

Medical establishments shall bear the main responsibility for the quality of the preparations prepared by the medical institutions they transfer and use, strengthen the guidance of pharmaceutical affairs management for the medical institutions receiving the transfer, strengthen the training of medical personnel, so that they can master the indications, contraindications, dosage and common adverse reactions of the transferred preparations, and strengthen monitoring to ensure the safety
of medication.

for the adverse consequences caused by excessive use or improper use.
