    Sinochem New Network News October 25, the Longtan River directional drill in the second bid section of the Northeast Anhui Natural Gas Pipeline Project constructed by Sinopec Henan Oil Construction Company successfully traversed the one-time pullback, marking the first domestic FRP mechanical winding one-time forming process.


    This technology is the latest scientific research achievement of Henan Oil Construction Company in 2021.


    In the past construction of long-distance pipeline engineering, the FRP protective layer of the pipeline crossing section of the directional drilling is mainly prefabricated by manual layered winding method, which not only has a long operation period and low construction efficiency, but also is prone to hollowing, sagging, cavities, etc.


    Compared with the manual operation method, the one-time forming process of FRP mechanical winding has a higher degree of automation.


    At present, the company is conducting research and development trial production of the anti-corrosion technology of common specifications for long-distance pipelines.
