Every day, he braved the high temperature of the furnace wall of 70 °C, measured the temperature of each furnace tube with a thermometer gun, and analyzed the data against the pyrolysis gas data

He also kept staring at the furnace tube, observing the color of the furnace tube, the hot furnace tube emitted a dazzling light, staring for a while, his eyes would burst into tears, and he would be swollen for a long time

After a month, he finally controlled the temperature difference between the tubes of several cracking furnaces to the lateral temperature of the

to inject quenched cold water into the pyrolysis oil to improve the operation of the oil washing tower.
After the adoption and implementation of the recommendation, the temperature at the top of the oil washing tower was reduced from 120 °C to 104 °C, the viscosity of heavy oil was also reduced, and various technical and economic indicators reached the design value in a short time, laying a foundation
for the device to fully meet the standards.
For more than 30 years, Sun Qing has solved more than 30 key technical problems of ethylene plants by participating in organizational technical research, obtained more than 20 technical achievements influenced by the industry, and 15 QC achievements have been commended by the state, Gansu Province and PetroChina, creating a cumulative benefit of more than
