    Recently, SunPower Group, a high-efficiency PV module producer headquartered in the United States, announced that it has obtained a module supply agreement
    for innogy's 349MW photovoltaic power plant near Balranald, New South Wales, Australia.
    This is the largest solar plant
    under construction in the country.

    SunPower is supplying its P-series of 1,500Vdc solar panels for the project with a power of about 400Wp, equivalent to more than 872,000 modules
    .

    It was revealed that this could be SunPower's largest third-party module supply agreement
    to date for its P-series modules.

    Downer was recently awarded a contract from Belectric to establish the Limondale Solar Farm, which includes innogy's subsidiary BELECTRIC as an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor, as well as an operations and maintenance service provider

    Full commercial operations
    are expected by mid-2020.
