Supercritical water oxidation technology process

The process of supercritical water oxidation treatment of sewage was first proposed by Modell, and the process is shown in Figure 2-3
.
The process is briefly described as follows: First, the sewage pump is used to press the sewage into the reactor, where it is directly mixed with the general circulating reactants and heated to increase the temperature

R=converted organic matter/organic matter in the feed

The size of R depends on the reaction temperature and reaction time

Based on this principle, various scale reaction systems have been designed

But no matter which process is basically divided into 7 main steps: feed preparation and pressurization; preheating; reaction; salt formation and separation; quenching, cooling and energy/heat cycle; decompression and phase separation; effluent water Clean (if necessary)
