    Recently, researcher Zhang Zhiqiang and Dr.


    This SERS substrate has a detection limit of 10-13 M for p-mercaptobenzoic acid (p-MBA) molecules , an enhancement factor as high as 2.


    In this work, the researchers took two volatile organic gases, putrescine and cadaverine, as examples to verify the detection performance of the three-dimensional flexible SERS substrate in gas sensing


    In view of the porous nature and excellent enhanced performance of the three-dimensional flexible SERS substrate, integrating it with a microfluidic device and a portable Raman spectrometer to build a rapid SERS detection system is expected to achieve efficient capture and enrichment of bacteria, viruses and pollutants in aerosols.
