1 Synergistic effect of electric field effect and catalytic wet oxidation
Domestic researchers have used electro-catalytic oxidation (ECO), catalytic wet oxidation (CWO), and superposed electric field catalytic wet oxidation (CWOPECO) processes to degrade phenol in the integrated composite reactor developed by themselves for comparison and removal.
The effect is to investigate the synergistic effect of CWO and ECO
.
The purpose is to stimulate the production of HO· by "superimposing" the new physical field (composite three-dimensional electric field) effect in the CWO process, and at the same time promote the further activation of the organic molecules adsorbed on the active site of the catalyst, that is, the compound three-dimensional electric field The effect is ingeniously combined with catalytic wet oxidation and achieves a synergistic effect of "1+1>2", which enables the CWO reaction to proceed at a lower temperature and pressure and maintain a higher organic removal effect

2 Catalytic wet oxidation method
Recently, there has been research on the use of microwave-catalyzed wet oxidation process in China, which completely oxidizes and decomposes organic pollutants in wastewater under a certain temperature and pressure, and achieves one-step discharge compliance
.
The process can reduce reaction temperature and reaction pressure, accelerate reaction, improve reaction efficiency, and reduce equipment investment and operating costs
Most organic compounds do not directly and obviously absorb microwaves, but some kind of "sensitizer" that strongly absorbs microwaves can be used to transmit microwave energy to these substances to induce chemical reactions.
This concept has been used to initiate and control catalytic reactions.
Basis
.
If this kind of "sensitizer" is used as a catalyst or a catalyst carrier, certain catalytic reactions can be achieved under microwave radiation, which is the so-called microwave-induced catalytic reaction
In view of the severe degradation of traditional CWO, the technology is improved, microwave radiation is used instead of ordinary heating, and combined with catalytic wet oxidation, a new type of sewage treatment technology is formed, namely microwave enhanced catalytic wet oxidation (MECWO), which uses microwave Radiation increases the activity of the catalyst, so that the catalyst is activated at a lower temperature, and a catalytic degradation reaction occurs, thereby reducing the temperature of the reaction system
.
At the same time, a carbon-supported CuO catalyst is prepared, which has high catalytic activity and good stability under microwave radiation conditions
