.
If there is any dispute on the analysis result, the provisions of GB/T6283 shall prevail
.
Take the arithmetic mean of the two parallel determination results as the determination result
.
The difference between the two parallel determination results shall not exceed 0.
01%
.

5 Determination of melting color
Take the molten sample in the preheated colorimetric tube to the 100mL mark, and perform the measurement according to the provisions of GB/T3143
.
5 Inspection rules
5.
1 The items listed in this standard are all type inspection items, and the crystallization point and dissolution test are the factory inspection items
.
Under normal circumstances, type inspection shall be carried out at least once a month
.
5.
2 Industrial synthetic phenol should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer should ensure that all synthetic phenol used in industrial use meets the requirements of the wood standard
.
Each batch of factory products should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format
.
Including: manufacturer name, product name, grade, lot number and serial number of this standard and so on
.
5.
3 The purchaser shall complete the quality acceptance of the industrial synthetic phenol received within seven days in accordance with the provisions of this standard
.
5.
4 Batch formation: batch formation can be carried out according to production cycle, production shift or product storage tank
.

One bottle is for inspection and analysis, and the other bottle is kept for future reference
.
5.
6 The inspection result is judged according to the GB/T1250 rounding value comparison method.
If an indicator of the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the number of packaging units for inspection, and canned products should be renewed.
Sampling for inspection
.
Even if only one index does not meet the requirements of this standard as a result of the re-inspection, the whole batch of products is unqualified
.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

.
6.
2 Synthetic phenol for industrial use should be packed in dry and clean galvanized iron drums, with a net weight of 200kg per drum; or transported by special tank trucks
.
6.
3 Avoid violent impact during transportation, and do not throw away during loading and unloading.
6.
4 Industrial synthetic phenol should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse or shelter
.
7 Security
Industrial synthetic phenol is toxic, corrosive, hygroscopic, easy to deliquesce, and has a special pungent odor; it is flammable when exposed to high heat, open flames and strong oxidants; it can cause burns when it touches the skin
.
If you accidentally touch your skin, you should immediately rinse with plenty of water, and then wash with 10%-40% ethanol .
