August 24, 2021, Taiwan's "Ministry of Health, Welfare" published Fresh Wei Zi No.
1101301088 granted notice to the development of prepackaged honey and syrup products label labeling requirements, feedback period is 60 days
.
The main contents include:

(1) Regulations for the labeling of pre-packaged honey and its syrup product names with a honey content of more than 60%;

(2) The labeling requirements for prepackaged honey and its syrup products whose honey content is less than 60% and whose product name contains the words "Honey (Honey)";

(3) Prepackaged honey and its syrup products should indicate the origin of honey raw materials;

(4) The name and label of pre-packaged pure honey products and pre-packaged syrup products that do not contain honey;

(5) Handling of cases where the product name labeling does not meet the requirements of the announcement and involves false, exaggerated or misunderstood situations
