    1101901140 of Weishoushizi, amending " Food Additives Specification Inspection Method- Steviol Glucoside", and amending the name to "Food Additives" Specification inspection method-steviol glycosides (from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni)", effective from January 1, 2023.
    The main points of amendment are as follows:
     
    1.
    Amend the Chinese and English names.
     
    2.
    Amend "content", "property", "monitoring", "ash content", "drying weight loss", "residual solvent", "arsenic", "lead" and "content determination".
     
    3.
    Delete "Molecular Formula", "Molecular Weight", "Solubility" and "pH Value".
     
    4.
    Add "microbiological specifications", "references", "reference chromatograms" and "attached tables".
     
    5.
    Add and revise part of the text.
