2 Basic requirements
2.1 basic requirements

2.2 cutting temperature seam
after the new cement foundation pouring must cut a reasonable temperature telescopic seam, the principle is not greater than 6×10m for a square cutting, pouring construction plate between must cut temperature seam, temperature seam width of 5 to 8mm, seam depth of not less than 20mm, (150mm thick or more concrete foundation seam depth of not less than 30mm), to ensure that the base heat expansion cold shrink can be concentrated in the temperature seam changes, does not cause the foundation elsewhere cracking .
2.3 acid wash
to clean water wet the substate, with about 8% of the thin hydrochloric acid spilled and washed the substing, and then rinsed with clean water, and circled out the water accumulation, cleaning dry base should be free of white powder and float.
2.4 temperature seam treatment

2.5 bottom coating
foundation drying with a special primer (TB-201) roll applied to the substrate, generally divided into two rolling coating, the foundation of low solidity requires multi-roll coating, the principle is to paint the base surface to form a bright continuous film so far. The role of primer is to penetrate the micro-hole of the substrate, to block the groundwater gas and strengthen the substrate, to form a bright film is to ensure that the micro-hole of the substrate is completely blocked, should avoid the hot sun or the substrate temperature is too high (>50 degrees C) under the circumstances of construction, to ensure the permeability of the primer.
2.6 Water accumulation repair
where the water depth at the water accumulation is not more than 5mm, use an elastic layer (TB-002) plus quartz powder (or talcum powder) by 1:1 (weight ratio), mix the thinner (toluene) well, and adjust to the appropriate construction consistency, Apply a straight ruler or scraper to the water accumulation, if the depth of water accumulation exceeds 5mm, apply a special primer (TB-201) plus 40 to 80 sand, according to 1:6 to 8 (weight ratio) mix and uniform, flat paved at the water accumulation and pressed. 3.1 elastic layer construction
elastic layer construction should be carefully checked to confirm that the foundation treatment is complete before the elastic layer construction. Elastic layer (TB-002) for a single-part material, only need to use thinner to adjust the appropriate construction consistency, with tooth scraper scraped on the substrate, each scraping thickness can not exceed 2mm, each scraping interval for the previous dry solidification (generally about 10 hours, depending on the weather conditions on site) until scraped to the new required thickness. When applying scraping attention to the leveling effect, if you can not level the scratch marks, you need to add more thinner to adjust the consistency to ensure surface leveling.
If the temperature is low (<10 degrees C) and humidity is low (<50%), 3% to 8% of the water must be stirred well and scraped, so that the drying time is shortened, depending on the weather on the spot. Work in the hot sun should be avoided. After the elastic layer is solidified, the surface flatness is tested by water accumulation method, and TB-002 is used to repair the flatness at the water accumulation. The surface has grainy debris mixed or accumulated place needs to be leveled with a grinder in order to strengthen the layer construction.
3.2 Strengthening layer construction
strengthening layer (TB-003) as a single-part material, construction use methods and elastic layer consistent. Dry solid surface requirements smooth, if mixed in the construction process of debris or uneven places need to be trimmed smooth before surface construction.
3.3 surface construction
surface layer (TB-205) as a two-part material, must be in accordance with the prescribed proportion of A, B two parts fully stirred evenly, can add a small amount of water to adjust the appropriate construction consistency, with ply scraping plate divided into 2 to 3 scrapes applied to the surface of the strengthening layer. The surface needs to be rough can be added ≤30% surface layer special sand, should first mix the A part and the special sand evenly and then add group B fully mixed evenly after scraping.

3.4 Dashing

TB-207 is a two-part material, must be in accordance with the prescribed proportion of A, B two parts fully mixed evenly, divided into two brushes. If the surface of the course is rough, the first one can be added 20% surface layer special sand brushing, to prevent seepage edges.
3.5 Construction Precautions
