Due to illegal production and sales behavior, 10 pharmaceutical and beverage tablet production and operation enterprises have recently been ordered by the food and drug regulatory authorities to suspend production and sales, and recall all Chinese medicine tablets.
Recently, the State Administration of Food and Drug Administration conducted flight inspections of 10 pharmaceutical tablet production and operation enterprises in Guangdong, Guangxi and Anhui, and found that several enterprises had colluded with each other to falsely open bills, illegally produce and sell Chinese medicine tablets, and falsify inspection reports on Chinese medicine tablets. According to the Bureau's drug flight inspection column, the 10 enterprises identified were Zhaoqing Ren'an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Zhaoqing Yongjian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Qingyuan Jiaxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Qingyuan City Run Guangdong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Guangxi Yulin Xiangsheng Chinese Medicine Tablet Co., Ltd., Guangxi Yulin City Hua'antang Chinese medicine drink tablets co., Ltd., Guangxi Yulin City Huaji Chinese medicine tablets limited liability company, Guangxi Jian yi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The State Administration of Food and Drug Administration stressed that the frequency of illegal cases reflects that the regulatory situation of Chinese medicine tablets is still serious, and that the drug regulatory departments at all levels should step up inspections of Chinese medicine tablet production and operation enterprises, resolutely withdraw illegal enterprises from the market, and purchase illegal chinese medicine tablets production and operation enterprises; Where a drinking tablet is sold, the rental license or the false opening of a bill to facilitate illegal production and operation shall be resolutely revoked, and the Drug Production License or the Drug Business License shall be resolutely revoked; (Health News)
