In the past few days, the Zhejiang Petrochemical Engineering Project Department of the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering has taken a variety of effective measures to fully promote the commissioning of the 4 million t/a ethylene plant of Zhejiang Petrochemical, laying a solid foundation for the safe, high-quality, efficient and on-time realization of the goal of one-time start-up and feedi.

It is understood that after the completion of the pressure test of the process pipeline of the ethylene plant, the project department planned in advance, made careful arrangements, and organized scientifically, and established a commissioning working group headed by the chief engineer of the project department, and actively cooperated closely with the owner’s workshop personn.

During the commissioning process, the project department strengthened the communication and coordination with the owner's workshop staff, and organized the staff to reconfirm various parameters of each moving equipment, laying a good foundation for the smooth commissioning wo.

Up to now, the project department has completed the commissioning of all pumps in the ethylene plant, and the commissioning of compression molding units such as pyrolysis gas and cold zone has been fully launched, and the commissioning of the entire ethylene plant has always maintained a good working conditi.
