According to the Thai Chicken Product Exporters Association, the production of exported chicken products from January to May still increased by 6% in volume.
It is expected that the annual export volume in 2021 will reach the target of 950,000-960,000 tons

Since in May of this year, all exporters must speed up production to ensure that the quotas delivered to the European Union when they expire in June, and the cargo ships will arrive in May to receive them, so delivery must be speeded up

However, the current issue worthy of attention is the shortage of labor after the outbreak of the epidemic, which has led to the disappearance of labor from the system.
According to preliminary assessment, there is a shortage of about 20,000 labors in this industry alone
