Chen Guofu, Vice President and Secretary-General of China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, said in his speech at the annual meeting that with the improvement of the domestic epidemic in the second half of this year, the demand for inorganic salt products will be better than that in the first half of the year, product prices will rebound, and corporate profitability will also be improved.

Chen Guofu emphasized that in the future, the calcium carbonate industry urgently needs three paths to transform from a traditional growth model to a high-quality development model.

First, we must further tap the domestic market potential and improve the domestic production and sales chain.

Second, we must upgrade the industrial structure.

Third, we must improve the ability to acquire new products, new technologies, and new equipment.

At the meeting, Ye Lijun, deputy secretary-general of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, announced the list of the “ Top 30 Calcium Carbonate Enterprises in China ” , and relevant experts guided the future development of the company from the “ 14th Five-Year Plan ” and low-carbon technology.
