. Name 1, Classification of EnzymesThe International Enzymatics Committee (I.E.C) stipulates that enzymes can be divided into six categories according to the nature of the enzymatic reaction: 1. oxidase (oxidoreductases) refers to the enzymes that catalytic substrates perform redox reactions. For example, lactic acid
    dehydrogenase
, amber acid dehydrogenase, cytochrome oxidase, hydrogen peroxide enzyme, etc.. 2.
    transferase
class (transferases) refers to enzymes that transfer or exchange certain groups between catalytic substrates. Such as transmethylase, transaminine,
    kinase,
, phosphatase and so on.. 3. Hydrolases refers to enzymes that hydrolyzed their substrates. For example, amylase, protease, lipase,
    phosphatase,
etc.. 4. Lyases refers to an enzyme class that catalyzes a substrate to break down into two
    compounds
or two compounds to form one compound. For example, citric acid synthase, aldehyde shrinkase, etc.. 5. Isomerases refers to enzymes that catalyz the mutual transformation of various isomer. For example, propylene phosphate isomerase, anti-cyclone enzyme, etc.. 6. Synthase class (connective enzyme class, ligases) refers to an enzyme that catalyzes the combination of two molecular substrates into a molecular compound and must be coupled with atTAP phosphate bond breakage. For example, glutamine synthase,
    amino acids
: tRNA connective enzymes, etc.II, the name of the enzyme(i) customary nomenclat 1. Generally using substrate plus reaction type and named, such as protein hydrolyzedase, lactic acid dehydrogenase, phosphate isomerase and so on.. 2. For hydrolyzed enzymes, as long as the substrate name can be, such as sucrosease, cholinesterase, protease and so on.. 3. Sometimes before the substrate name is the source of enzymes, such as
    serum
    glutaminine-acetone acid
    transaminase
, salivary amylase, etc.is simple, has a long history of application, but lacks systematism, and sometimes the phenomenon of one enzyme or one number of enzymes occurs.(ii) System NomenclatIn view of the continuous development of new enzymes and the confusion over enzyme naming in past literature, the International Enzymatics Committee has established a set of systematic nomenclats that gives an enzyme only one name. It includes the system name of the enzyme and the enzyme number of the 4 number classification. For example, the name of the following reaction enzymes is catalyzed.. The official system name for the enzyme is : ATP→: glucose phosphate transferase, indicating that the enzyme catalyses the reaction of a phosphoric acid transfer molecule from ATP to glucose molecules. Its classification figures are: E.C.2.7.1.1, E.C. stands for named according to the International Enzymatics Commission, the first number (2) stands for the classification name of the enzyme (transferase class), and the second number (7) stands for the subclass (phosphorus) Acid transferase), the third number (1) represents the subsection (hydroxyl as a receptor of phosphate transferase), the fourth number (1) represents the enzyme in the sub-subsection number (D glucose as a receptor of phosphoric acid).
