    On May 10, a wide-temperature structured denitrification catalyst development and its application in the deep purification of industrial furnace flue gas was completed by the cooperation of the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, and Anhui Weida Environmental Protection Technology Co.


    The appraisal committee composed of academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Duan Xue of Beijing University of Chemical Technology unanimously agreed that: the technological achievements are highly innovative, and its wide-temperature structured denitrification catalyst preparation technology has reached the international leading level


    This technical achievement reveals the anti-sulfur ammonium salt poisoning mechanism in the process of flue gas denitration at low temperature, and found that the ammonium sulfate-like substance deposition and decomposition balance determines the mechanism of anti-sulfur poisoning performance, and the solvothermal reaction of metatitanic acid to form high-strength primary nanoparticles Mechanism, metatitanic acid retains the hydroxyl functional groups on the surface of the titanium support to realize the reaction effect and mechanism of the excellent molding performance of the slurry


    On this basis, the project team invented the one-step solvothermal preparation of high-activity catalyst slurry technology, and developed a complete set of short-flow processes for preparing large-size and porous structured denitrification catalysts by direct extrusion of aqueous slurry.


    Relying on this technological achievement, the project has established a 3,000 cubic meter/year structured denitration catalyst production line, which has produced nearly 10,000 cubic meters of catalysts, and has been applied in more than 70 sets of coke ovens, sintering furnaces and other industrial furnace flue gas purification.


    According to reports, nitrogen oxides (NOx) can cause acid rain, photochemical smog and ozone layer destruction, and are one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere


    At present, the most mature and effective denitrification technology is the SCR process, which has a broad application space in the denitrification treatment of non-electric fields, and its catalyst is the core of the SCR denitrification technology
