    The European Investment Bank has approved a $25 million loan for CVT, a telecommunications company in Cabo Verde, to support Cabo Verde's transatlantic submarine cable connection with EllaLink, as well as 4G mobile network expansion and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments
