"The National Energy Administration has launched a pilot project for the development of distributed rooftop photovoltaics across the entire county (cities, districts).

The National Energy Administration issued a notice requiring that the pilot work must strictly implement the work requirements of "voluntary and non-compulsory, non-examination and approval of the pilot, non-overside in place, non-monopoly on competition, and non-suspended work"

During the pilot process, it is not allowed to suspend or postpone other projects, such as project registration, grid connection, etc.

At the same time, local power grid companies must cooperate with the provincial power planning and pilot county construction plans based on the analysis of the power grid carrying capacity, fully consider the needs of large-scale distributed photovoltaic access, and actively do the relevant counties (cities, districts).
