Global warming has severely affected the growth, development and distribution of plants, threatening food security

On July 6, 2021, the Jiang Danhua team from the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences published a research paper entitled "The INO80 chromatin remodeling complex promotes thermomorphogenesis by connecting H2A.

In summary, this study found a regulatory module containing the PIF4-INO80 complex-COMPASS-transcription elongation factor, which specifically participates in the removal and transcriptional activation of H2A.

Xue Mande, a doctoral student at the Institute of Genetics and Development, is the first author of the paper, and researcher Danhua Jiang is the corresponding author.
