      According to Chapter 6 of European Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Bayer SAS-Crop Science division submitted the amendment application.
    Based on the results of the risk assessment, the European Food Safety Authority concluded that, according to the reported agricultural practices, short-term and long-term ingestion of residues resulting from the use of spirotetramat are unlikely to pose a health risk to consumers.
