pan-acid
and biotin dietary reference values issued scientific advice and published the results ofassessed, the Group recommends an appropriate intake of panic acid for
5 mg/
days for adults (including pregnant women),
7 mg/
days for lactating women,
3 mg/
days for infants over six months,
4 mg/
days for children and
5 mg/
days for adolescents;recommended appropriate intake of biotin for
40 sg/
days for adults (including pregnant women),
45 sg/
days for lactating women, and
6 sg/
days for infants over six months of age,
1-3
years of age and
4-10
years of age are
20 μg/
days and
25 μg/
days, respectively, and
35 μg/
days for adolescents.
