    6 tons of live crayfish
    .

Previously, Kazakhstan suspended live cattle exports during 2020
    .
This decision was made by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan after a large number of livestock (including breeding stock) were exported abroad (mainly to Uzbekistan) in 2019
    .
In 2019, Kazakhstan exported more than 156,000 heads of cattle (8830 breeding stocks), while in 2018, Kazakhstan exported only 39,000 heads of cattle
    .

At the end of 2020, the government extended the ban on the export of live cattle and live sheep breeding stock, but allowed the export of bulls and sheep
    .
After allowing the export of live cattle, the Ministry of Agriculture decided to implement a quota system on the number of exported livestock
    .
However, this work was not completed until the end of July, when the Ministry of Agriculture issued a draft administrative decree stipulating quantitative restrictions (quotas) on the export of bulls and sheep
    .
The plan is to formulate export quotas for each region based on population size, consumption rate, production balance, supply and shortage, and the needs of processing companies
