    urban soil and biogeochemical research group of the Institute of Urban Environment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, through high-throughput sequencing and high-throughput quantitative PCR technology, the first set up the soil animal jumping gut microbe extraction method, found that the concentration of antibiotics can significantly reduce the abundance, composition and diversity of soil animal stoic intestinal microbes, significantly increase the abundance and diversity of resistance genes (see figure).
