    China produces a large number of waste biological resources (straw, branches, cow dung, etc.
    ) every year.

    However, for a long time, such resources have become an important source of
    environmental pollution because they cannot be rationally used.
    To this end, the special research group of large-scale fungal germplasm resources and green development of Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences aims to develop the production of rare saprophytic edible fungi, and conducts research on the clean transformation and high-value utilization of waste biological resources in agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, in order to "turn waste into treasure" and provide practical cases
    for the sustainable utilization of such resources and the solution of China's "three farmers" problem.
     

    In the process of microbial fermentation (initiation, thermophilia, cooling, rotting, etc.
    ), the activities of common agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry biological wastes (straw, wood chips, cow dung) in China, the carbon and nitrogen ratio, soluble nitrogen components (ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen), carbon structure components (hemicellulose, cellulose, lignin), carbon degrading enzymes (cellulase, laccase and peroxidase), key physical and chemical indicators (
    pH, temperature), antibiotic resistance genes, The variation law of pathogenic bacteria and dominant microbial taxa: the nitrogen-fixing bacteria Pseudomonas and the carbon-deposing bacterium Acaulium were determined as the dominant groups in the fermentation process, and nitrate nitrogen and carbonase enzymes were the key factors
    affecting the changes of bacterial and fungal communities.
    The results showed that the fermentation treatment could not only produce a suitable saprophytic edible fungus cultivation substrate, but also greatly reduce the pathogenic bacteria in it (
    Acinetobacter, hryseobacterium, Corynebacterium_1).

    Aspergillus, Candida, Fusarium, Ophiostoma, Zopfiella) content
