    . The 5th Nutrition Leadership Program (CNLP) of the Chinese Nutrition Society was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province from May 22-27, 2015. CNLP is a cooperative training program between the Chinese Nutrition Society (CNS) and the International Federation of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS), and is also a capacity-building program of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology's Institute of Outstanding Science and Technology Associations, which aims to meet outstanding young scholars and develop professional leaders with an international perspective in the field of nutrition.
    This year's CNLP is the fifth training course since 2008 (Hangzhou), 2009 (Kunming), 2011 (Changsha) and 2013 (Harbin). The unit recommended that 40 students, with an average age of 38, 18 of whom are from the hospital nutrition department, 8 from the CDC department, and 14 from universities (including one from the University of Eastern Tennessee). 90% of the students have the title of deputy high or deputy director physician or above, in the unit as a department or above leadership accounted for 42%.

The meeting group is responsible for on-site layout during the training, including classroom planning, teacher exchange, as well as the preparation of slides and practical course props, the news team is responsible for compiling all kinds of news information for the training course, publishing it in real time through WeChat, electronic magazines and websites in real time, and reporting on the development of the training course in a timely manner;
    courses are rich and varied, professional courses and management courses are integrated, and practical activities are diversified, creating a large number of face-to-face exchange opportunities with teachers. The training course opened the curtain on intense learning in the report of all participants in the main meeting of the 17th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology, and the theme report of Innovation Drive First made the participants fully feel the great achievements brought about by innovation and the importance of national development. During the training, some of the participants also visited the School of Public Health of Zhongshan University.
    After a week of training, participants realized that leadership is not power and position, but influence on groups and society;
    the closing ceremony of the training course, Chairman Yang Yuanxin, together with the head teacher, Professor Ling Wenhua, Professor Li Wei, and the counselor, Professor Zhu Huilian, presented the certificate of completion to the participants.
