Recently, the first 220kV intelligent station operation and maintenance system PCS-9700-SSM independently developed by Nari Jibao passed the acceptance test and put into operation
in Xinjiang Mohequan.
The system realizes the visual online monitoring and fault diagnosis of the secondary virtual loop and secondary equipment of the process layer, and improves the operation and maintenance level
of the intelligent station.
The optical fiber communication network of the intelligent station replaces the secondary cable loop of the traditional substation, the secondary loop information of the intelligent station is hidden in the invisible communication network, and the secondary loop route becomes virtual and cannot intuitively analyze and monitor the entire loop status through the external cable connection, which brings great challenges
to the operation and maintenance of the intelligent station.
It is reported that the 220kV intelligent station operation and maintenance system PCS-9700-SSM is composed of a collection unit and a management unit, which realizes online monitoring and fault location of secondary equipment and secondary loop status by collecting process layer network data, secondary equipment and switch status monitoring information in real time, and conducting comprehensive analysis; Based on the customizable screen template technology, the automatic generation of process layer network diagram, interval fiber physical diagram and virtual and real loop diagram is realized, and the composition, logic, real-time connection status and loop pressure plate status of the secondary virtual circuit are fully displayed graphically, providing visual support
for maintenance.
