Recently, the first green intelligent lighting substation of the whole network was put into operation
in Guangzhou.
It is reported that the green intelligent lighting substation is jointly implemented by Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau and South Grid Energy Company, replacing all the old indoor and outdoor lamps of Luoyong substation of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau with high-efficiency energy-saving LED lights specially customized for the substation, and adopts an intelligent lighting control system based on high-voltage DC centralized power supply to realize the functions of lighting data acquisition, real-time monitoring and intelligent dimming, and the comprehensive power saving rate of the project reaches 80%.
Luoyong Substation of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau is one of the
main grid substations in Guangzhou.
The substation lighting system has been in service for 5 years, and gradually the aging and damage of the lamps, high energy consumption, and lighting quality cannot meet the work needs

To this end, the No.
2 Institute of Substation Management of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau and Nangrid Energy Company launched an all-round transformation of the substation lighting system, and helped the substation achieve "green upgrade"
with a tailored "five-in-one substation green professional lighting solution".
According to the "13th Five-Year Plan" of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Guangzhou Power Grid Infrastructure plans to build a total of 76 new substations of 110 kV and above, and expand 17 substations of 110 kV and above
.
In the face of the heavy responsibility of operation and management of a large number of existing substations and the increasing construction tasks of substations, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau will study the comprehensive promotion of green intelligent lighting solutions in new substations and existing substations in combination with the construction of 3C green substations and environmental protection in four sections and one environmental protection, and strive to be the vanguard of energy conservation and emission reduction of the whole network
