The first large-scale unit of Gulei EO/EG plant was successfully commissioned

China Petrochemical News Network reported on April 26 that the EO/EG unit C-320B exhaust compressor unit of the Gulei integrated project undertaken by Nanjing Engineering was successfully tested in one load, and all indicators such as unit shaft temperature and shaft vibration were normal.

The EO/EG plant has a total of 4 large-scale units, including 3 reciprocating compressors and 1 circulating gas compressor.

In order to ensure the success of a test run, the project department held several coordination meetings to discuss the plan, set up a special commissioning work group to coordinate the whole process of the test run, regularly organize special meetings to deal with and solve problems in a timely manner; conduct plan preparation approval and strict review in advance Install construction technology and test run plan, and continuously optimize the work process in the process; overcome the problems of on-site water station motor vibration, safety valve constant pressure, etc.

Before the test run, the project department and the electrical and instrument constructors went to the site in advance to make technical clarifications and confirm the various conditions before the test run.

At present, all four large-scale EO/EG units have been installed, and the project department has accelerated the joint commissioning work to ensure the high-quality completion of the large-scale unit equipment commissioning work, laying a solid foundation for the commissioning of the equipment at the end of June.
