Sinopec News Network reported on March 25, with the third set of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Coking Plant's fully automatic wireless intelligent driving system successfully passed the internal inspection and acceptance, it is eligible for commissioning.
This technology fills the gap in this field in China.
The third set of coking unit was originally designed to be equipped with two domestic largest 32-ton bridge grab cranes for coking unit coke transmission.
Due to the high manual operation position, not only the operation is difficult, but also there is a certain safety risk.
To this end, Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co.
, Ltd.
has implemented scientific research projects for the automated operation of vehicles, and strived to make intelligent integration technology and equipment "safeguard" for the safe and environmentally-friendly production of the equipment from the source.
After preliminary research and technical preparations, the research team successfully developed a fully automatic wireless intelligent driving system for the coking unit in March 2019.
In July of the following year, the project entered the equipment order stage, and on-site construction began at the end of November.
After three months of intensive construction and continuous debugging, this set of cranes has the function of implementing remote and fully automatic focusing in the central control hall.
Through the three-dimensional material scanning technology, the material level is automatically judged and identified, and the material level data is generated for the intelligent control system to determine the picking location.
Compared with traditional manual operation, the project has the characteristics of more standardized operation and no dead spots in coke transportation, which makes the operation from disorderly "free driving" to orderly and controllable "rail transportation", making the coke transportation process more intelligent and It is safer and more efficient, realizing the use of technological innovation to make manual operations move towards smart devices.
