On February 16, the first track-mounted intelligent inspection robot of substation in Yantai City, Shandong Province was put into use
in the Xingfu 110 kV substation of the State Grid Yantai Power Supply Company.
The robot system is installed in a 10 kV high-voltage room, which can regularly carry out equipment inspection according to the set task plan, and present the operation data such as each switch status and meter reading in the power grid operation control center in real time, and automatically form an electronic report
after the inspection.
It is reported that the use of the substation orbital intelligent inspection robot can fully replace manual to achieve all-weather remote inspection, greatly reduce the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel, and improve the efficiency and accuracy
of inspection work.
