By the end of October, an internationally leading and important basic analysis technology independently innovated and developed by China Petrochemical Research Institute-four-component rapid automatic analysis technology of heavy oil, has been promoted and applied in more than 10 enterprises and research institutes, and has been well received
by users.
The four components are one of the important items in the
analysis of heavy oils.
Its analysis method is mature and widely used
in crude oil evaluation, refining and chemical industry, asphalt production and other fields.
The original four-component analysis method has a long analysis time and high labor cost, which affects the timely optimization of the refining equipment of
refining enterprises.
From 2017 to 2019, the Petrochemical Institute innovated and developed an integrated, miniaturized and automated four-component rapid automatic analysis technology and related equipment
with independent intellectual property rights.
In 2019, the four-component rapid automatic analysis technology and related equipment of heavy oil oil tended to mature, and took the lead in Dalian Petrochemical Application

Xue Juyan, director of the crude oil evaluation office of Dalian Petrochemical, said that after applying this technology, the efficiency of the four-component analysis of heavy oil has been greatly improved
