Recently, the Metabonomics and Quality Safety Team of the Agricultural Biological Gene Research Center of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the "Gene Center") has made important progress in the study of fruit quality evaluation based on metabolomics, and has been published in the internationally renowned journal Food Chemistry.
    (JCR District 1, IF=7.
    514) published the latest research results entitled "Environmentally-driven metabolite and lipid variations correspond to altered bioactivities of black wolfberry fruit"
    .

The Gene Center and Lanzhou University jointly cultivated a master's student Chen Mengyu and the Assistant Researcher Huang Wenjie of the Gene Center as the co-first author, and the Associate Researcher Yan Shijuan of the Gene Center and the Lecturer Huang Xiaodan of Lanzhou University are the co-corresponding authors

The black wolfberry fruit is rich in a variety of functional substances that are beneficial to human health, and the biosynthesis of most functional substances is affected by factors such as the growth environment
    .

Based on the metabonomics platform of the Gene Center, the research carried out in-depth quality evaluation of black wolfberry fruits in nine regions of China's five main producing provinces
