According to Bi Kexin, in order to effectively strengthen the normalized epidemic prevention and control work, the General Administration of Customs issued the "Preventive and Comprehensive Disinfection Work Plan for Imported Cold Chain Food" on November 8 in accordance with the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, and on November 9 issued the "Import Cold Chain Implementation Plan for Preventive Disinfection at Food Ports

BYKX clarified that in accordance with the plan issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, the customs department is responsible for carrying out the monitoring and testing of imported cold chain foods for the new crown virus, and organizing and guiding importers of imported cold chain foods and business units of customs inspection sites to do a good job in port procedures.

Bi Kexin said that in the next step, the General Administration of Customs will continue to do a good job in the port link in accordance with the requirements of preventive and comprehensive disinfection, so as to actively support and cooperate with local governments and other relevant parties in the follow-up and comprehensive disinfection to ensure the safety of cold chain food exported to China.
