367), and the "Hainan Pepper, Cocoa and Vanilla Orchid Industry Development Plan (2022-2025)" drafted by Xiangyu was officially implemented

The plan clarifies the background of the development of pepper, cocoa and vanilla orchid industries, studies and judges the development trend and advantages and disadvantages, puts forward the overall goals and specific implementation steps, and after the release and implementation, it will provide direction guidance for promoting the comprehensive development of the industrial chain, improving quality and efficiency, promoting the development of high-efficiency agriculture with tropical characteristics, one of the four leading industries in Hainan, serving Hainan's stable border and consolidating the border, ensuring the stability of overseas Chinese life, and implementing the development strategy
of rural revitalization.
