According to reports, the main contents of the cooperation between the two sides are: to promote the comprehensive cooperation and operation management of the European Chemical Organization in Henan and the science and technology and related projects of the China-Europe chemical industry, the Henan Chemical Society will set up the China-Europe Chemical Industry Promotion Center in Henan, cooperate with Luoyang City, Puyang City and other places, plan to promote the European chemical industry international cooperation demonstration park, and set up the European Chemical Field Technology Transfer Center operation team and entity institutions; Established the headquarters of the China-Europe Center for the Promotion of International Cooperation in Chemistry, and cooperated in the establishment of the China-Europe Chemical Industry Technology Transfer Achievements R&D Center and Technology Transaction Management Center; Jointly establish entities such as the China-Europe Carbon Neutrality Technology Research Institute, the China-Europe Carbon Neutrality Operation and Management Center and the EU Low Carbon Green Certification Center, making the Yellow River Basin a demonstration area for international cooperation on carbon neutrality under the "Belt and Road"; Comprehensively promote the international cooperation of the Global Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation Initiative (GTI) jointly by the Chinese and European governments, promote the implementation of China-EU vocational education in the Yellow River field, and realize the transformation and extension of the advanced dual-carbon scientific and technological achievements of the EU and the world to China to build the "China-Europe Low-carbon Technology Incubation Industrial Park"; The two sides will select a site in Henan to plan the construction of the "China-Europe Carbon Neutral Management College" project, and jointly build the "EU Carbon Neutral Science and Technology (Emerging) Industrial Park" across the country.
