, Professor Wang's team published its latest research online in the journal CellAging, a leading professional journal in the field of aging, with the title "A High-Fat Diet Reverses Metabolic Disorders and Premature Aging by Modulating Insulin and IGF1 Signaling in SIRT6
Knockout Mice".
This paper reports that the high-fat diet improved the metabolic abnormalities of SIRT6 defective mice by interfering with insulin signaling pathlines, effectively slowed down the symptoms of excessive consumption of the body such as multi-tissue organ atrophy, clearly saved the premature aging esophoid and significantly prolonged life, and provided an important scientific basis for clinical nutrition formulation, improving patient survival quality and prolonging healthy life in patients at the end of aging or disease.
