On April 15, the groundbreaking ceremony of the infrastructure construction project (Phase 2) of Yanbian County Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Development Zone was held.
County Party Secretary Li Chunhua attended the event and announced the official start of the project.
Xie Wenhui, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress presided over the event, Xiao Fangmin, chairman of the County CPPCC, Sun Xujun, general manager of Chengdu Road and Bridge Company, and Zhou Xing, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Chief, attended the event.
It is understood that the second phase of the infrastructure construction project in the park has a total investment of 890 million yuan, a total development area of about 1,300 acres, and a construction period of 2 years.
The main construction content includes: titanium material processing park interconnection project, vanadium-titanium avenue phase one 2 kilometers, 0.
9 kilometers of Tixing Road, 900 acres of farmland and supporting roads, 50,000 square meters of standard factory buildings and warehousing logistics base, park service center complex, water plant in Anning area, asphalt concrete mixing station, parking lot, etc.
The start of construction of the project marks a new page in the infrastructure construction of our county’s Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Development Zone and the “Industrial Strong County” initiative.
After the completion of the project, it will help the park’s infrastructure to form linkages and further improve the park.
The investment environment has become an important platform for the park to attract investment, creating favorable conditions for the introduction of casting, supporting titanium materials, and titanium extension processing industries, and is of great significance to deepening the development strategy of "interaction between industrialization and industrialization, coordinating urban and rural areas".
In the next step, Yanbian will quickly start the construction of the main express roads in the development zone and the overall development of the key areas of the titanium processing park to build a large-scale industrial cluster.
As the infrastructure construction is fully rolled out, the regional transportation, industry, logistics and other network construction are basically completed, and the "3+2" industrial structure of the development zone will basically be formed.
