    China Coatings Online News Information:
new progress has been made in the research of recycled compound polymers based on new dynamic co-price bonds.
of environmentally friendly and recyclable compound polymer materials is an important direction in the field of intelligent bionics and high-tech, and has received great attention from the global scientific and industrial circles. Polyurethane (PUs) is widely used in coatings, adhesives, foam materials and other fields due to its excellent performance. Typically, PUs need to react under the action of a catalyst to produce thermosolytic resins for application, and the residue of hazardous substances and the difficulty of material recovery limit their application.Researchers from the Polymer Physics and Chemistry Laboratory of the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences successfully prepared classpolyurethanes (POUs) using hexamethyl diocyanate (HDI) and multi-official group(Oxime) as raw materials under mild catalyst-free conditions. The polymerization reaction has the outstanding advantages of high efficiency, in 30oC dichloromethane reaction for 3 hours, the conversion rate is as high as 99%, the preparation of POUs and conventional PUs mechanical properties. Further studies have found thatkeys have thermal reversible properties, POUs exhibit excellent thermal self-healing and recyclable properties, and repair efficiency can be up to 90%. This study, the dynamic properties of polyurethane keys, makes poUs recyclable and reusable possible. The above reaction is characterized by an interlinking structure formed by the room temperature reaction (at this time a chemical cross-linking PU material, called a thermoso-solid plastic), however, the cross-linking part occurs under heating conditions, which means that the PU material becomes thermoplastic and can be reprocessed. With the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Beijing National Laboratory of Molecular Sciences, the researchers, in collaboration with Peking University, conducted a related reaction mechanism study using density general letter theory, which showed that nitrone, the isomer of , played a key role in polymerization and reversible exchange reactions.。 POUs materials have the characteristics of easy preparation method, dynamic reversible structure and excellent performance of dynamics, and the new dynamic reversible urethane bond brings a new choice for building recyclable and reusable polymers, and is expected to greatly expand the application of polyurethane materials.
