    I. Work Target
    By the end of September 2020, we will have achieved nucleic acid sampling and testing capabilities in three-level general hospitals, infectious disease specialist hospitals, disease control agencies at all levels and at least one county-level hospital in the county. By the end of 2020, all secondary general hospitals will have nucleic acid sampling and testing capabilities, complete the construction of urban testing bases and public testing laboratories, give full play to the role of independently set up medical testing laboratories (here are called third-party laboratories), rationally lay out the regional mobile nucleic acid detection force, form a rapid response mechanism, with the ability to complete the detection of nucleic acids in a relatively short period of time in the event of local cluster outbreaks.
