    According to Professor Li Qunsheng, the project developed a combined energy-saving technology of distillation and crystallization (extraction, membrane separation, etc.


    In terms of theoretical research and model construction, the research team pioneered the "MEU" model to maximize comprehensive utilization of energy, and constructed an energy-saving network with the lowest public utility consumption, providing a theoretical basis for energy-saving optimization of chemical processes


    In addition, the project team has also developed a series of energy-saving equipment: for example, the unit pressure drop is 35% lower than that of Gempak packing, and the corrugated line is LDP packing; the separation efficiency of F1 valve tray is improved by 13%.


    At present, this technology has been widely used in electronic chemicals, high-end high-end chemical products, as well as petrochemical, coal chemical, pharmaceutical chemical, alcohol industry and other industries, and has been used in more than 100 production processes of more than 20 products in 18 enterprises across the country.
